From that, I cannot know the entire arm is blue, just a part of it. I have seen it, and the arm is blue from the shoulder to before the white hoops. you don't have to believe me, I am just saying what i saw

I cannot provide my source but 100% genuine. It has a round collar, blue arms with thick hoops at the end of the arms. The stripes are fairly wide, and I don't know if it was just me but seemed a fairly dark(er) blue.
