Please explain how you know me to come out with that statement? some small minded people on here.

No, there’s one poster who appeared on a thread started by a problem gambler seeking help – which the OP says he will revisit occasionally, since "anyone else is welcome to use this thread to offer support and ask for help as well" - and started spouting dangerous, deluded balls about making money from roulette. That is a pathetic way to garner a little bit of attention.

You are either lying to yourself about your losses, which is sad, or else you are making the whole thing up, which is worse. Either way, your fantasies do not belong on this thread.

It's a Brighton forum. Antagonistic Palace trolls picking fights 24/7 do tend to stand out. Anyway, I've just realised that you can't read this because I seem to recall you putting me on your ignore list or somesuch needy nonsense.

Is it picking fights or making a point? Maybe you think roulette can be beaten? if you think I am in the wrong, report me. But once again, if you think I am just trolling IGNORE ME it is not that hard

Didn't you say you'd already put Buzzer on ignore? If so, putting someone on ignore must be harder than you're making out. You struggled.

Ignoring is impossible at the moment, due to post quoting. We are still awaiting the once mentioned upgrade to NSC that will block quotes of ignored posters.

I did not mean use the ignore facility I mean ignore him in the old-school sense. Dont read his posts, or if you do, do not reply to them. It's really easy.

Very much this.

Justice, you are talking out of your hoop, and your crazy nonsense is most unwelcome on this thread.

Explain to me why betting on a horse running round a track is any different to betting on a ball rolling round a track, how in any way is this dangerous? there is no difference. I have no reason to lie a few on here know that I trade for a living amongst other things, roulette for me is fun and over the years has been quite good to me of course I lose which I have already mentioned but overall I am up that my friend is a fact. In my eyes betting on animal being rode by a human is or on a football match is absolutely crazy I guess its down to personal choice but I don't spend my time abusing these people.

Of course they are different. Roulette is a game of chance, despite your nonsense suggestions to the contrary. Obviously there is luck involved in betting on sports too, but the point is that knowledge / personal opinions come into it too. You are balancing what you feel is the probability of a particular outcome, against the probability / odds that the bookie has offered. You bet where you think you see value. There is no such element in roulette. Every outcome has exactly the same probability, regardless of previous outcomes.

And it isn't betting on roulette that is inherently dangerous - its your suggestion that there is method to it.

I think the issue is more about the fact you're promoting gambling on a thread which encourages quitting gambling for people with problems.
It's a bit like attending an AA meeting to tell them that buying beer in Asda will help sort out the financial restraints of being an Alcoholic. You just shouldn't.

A quick glance - arguing with someone in this thread about roulette, argument with someone in a Swindon thread about someone's dad, argument with Millwall fan about Palace pictures, argument about drums at football. You even butted in to a thread about a Brighton director's comments to do some shit-stirring. Definitely picking fights.

I have no reason to lie a few on here know that I trade for a living amongst other things.

A person who buys and sells used cars trades, so what?

If you are implying that you work in the City of London doing deals I find that hard to believe. Whatever their shortcomings (of which there are many), at least they are mathematically competent.

Loving the "amongst other things"... :)

Finally we have the truth.

You play roulette only occasionally, for "fun", and have lost approximately 2.7% of the total you have staked over the years (which is probably quite a lot of money when added up).

Please stop the gibberish about professional roulette players and "winning systems".

It's been suggested you have a winning system. Care to explain this? I appreciate you might not want to give all the specific details away but just the slightest hint would be most interesting.

Wow, its like you stalk me.
Roulette, I am not the only one who is saying he is talking shite.
Swindon, I asked him a valid question and he started sulking(remind you of anyone)
Palace Pictures, that was tongue in cheek
Drums, not me who started that but it involved Palace so I answered.
For the umpteenth time, you think I am only here to troll. SO you do not have to engage with me, so go and whine to someone else

Keep up at the back Tubthumper...

@Justice has in fact already been very generous in sharing the basis of his winning approach at the wheel...

"Think of areas rather than specific numbers, always go with the dealer, stay away from fast wheels don't bet until the dealer has spun at least 10 numbers I prefer 20 to see if a pattern has formed never play in the evening or on crowded tables. I also know many patterns they don't always work but work more often than you would think for example if the ball is spun anti clockwise from the previous number 21 a good bet will be 12 or the three numbers either side of 12. I have played for many years more often than not I make 300 quid a session playing with low stakes."

Apologies. This thread is not really interesting so I have not given it 100% attention. But, I do have an interest in statistics so statements about winning systems do interest/amuse me especially when people try to explain them. The system above is nonsense.

And you still work for a living? Gamblers always exaggerate their winnings and forget the times they lose.

And you still work for a living? Gamblers always exaggerate their winnings and forget the times they lose.

Unfortunately they convince themselves they are winning, then when they eventually accept that they are losing, they massively underestimate the severity of loss. That kind of makes it OK and the "only for fun" argument can be used.

It's such a pity, but at least in OP case he has come to terms with it and confronted it. Great respect to him for that
