It's not common knowledge & I have a feeling you're adding 2 + 2 here and making about 9.....

Is they why Tanno and Oatway have gone so soon because they liked the deal that they were offered but the club are bulking at paying Poyet off?

It's all about money. If the club had simply sacked Poyet they would have had to pay his contract up which had another two years to run. By going through all the employment process, he was then dismissed without a penny, which is why he appealed. He doesn't want to be with us, & the club doesn't want him. It's all about money.

So I take it both parties are trying to find a compromise but what happens if they can't reach one, then what?

I heard he was suspended because of the banter he has with the players, accusing him of bullying, if this is true then I have no respect for the club anymore, what a joke

I heard the same thing, from a couple of different sources.

......Perhaps a player complained to the club, putting the club in a difficult situation. We all are beginning to understand that any behaviour that is not PC cannot be tolerated.........God help us all !!!!!!!!!!!!

In London village.
Agreed. I do find it rather strange that Ninja Elephant is quite happy to say he wasn't innocent despite there being no evidence that he was guilty. Now he's been effectively found not guilty NE's reluctance to say what the charges were just smacks of "I know something you don't".

He's not been found guilty or innocent - that's the whole point of a Settlement Agreement.

Some deranged old bloke after the game today told Edna Krabappel and I that Oatway had joined Palace.

Now that would be funny.

There's banter and banter.

What I noticed about Oatway is his continuous joking, ok you and others might think it's just banter but sometimes people view that kind of banter as abuse.

I noticed Oatway called CMS ears, Jugs, wing nut but in front of the TV he prefered him as Macca but what I found awkward to watch and made me cringe was the time when Oatway and CMS went on the football show one Saturday morning and as they went on AIR Oatway kept pulling his ears and calling him names about his ears. CMS looked pissed off and tried to laugh it off but you could see he wasn't happy.

How many more players does Oatway take the Micheal out off, yes it's probably only banter to a few but I know from past experiences that name calling when you're not perfect can hurt.

banter, taking the Mick, wind up, bullying..............there's a thin line, especially when it's the same victim time and time again. Something tells me that Oatway was ok giving it out but no so good at taking it.

Trouble is it only takes 1 person to take offence to any comment made as banter and report it for the club to be duty bound to investigate properly. Now it can be a third party who hears the remark and takes offence and not the person who the comment is aimed at who reports it and again you have to investigate. It is a minefield.

I'm told it wasn't a player.
