Auto-Cup Scheme

To register for the Auto-Cup Scheme, season-ticket holders simply need to tick the participants below they wish to include and then enter payment details.

Once registered, each home cup game ticket and loyalty points will be loaded to the smartcards of those season-ticket holders you have selected, and the ticket price will be charged to your card account.

You can also join the Auto-Cup Scheme by calling the ticketline on 0844 327 1901 (option 3, option 1) between 9.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and between 9.30am and 3pm on non-match Saturdays.

Unsure if your ticket has been processed?

Season-ticket holders who enrolled onto the Auto-Cup Scheme, but are unsure if their transaction has been processed for Albion’s next cup game can follow the steps below to check:

Click on Purchase History(please can you put a hyper link into the purchase history page) at the top of the screen.

If the fixture status appears as Pending your transaction has gone through and is being processed.

If the fixture does not appear in your purchase history or appears with a Reserved status the transaction has not gone through and you are advised to contact the club’s ticket office on 0844 327 1901 (press option 3).

Season-ticket holders enrolled onto the Auto-Cup Scheme also will receive 20 loyalty points for each cup tie.

Please note if you have joined the scheme after midday on Thursday 10th January you will need to purchase the FA Cup 4th round game separately.
Your scheme enrolment details have been successfully added.

Just looked on my purchase history, and it seems the club are fairly sure we are going to be playing Palace as this is shown on it

Albion v Crystal Palace N/N1F/U/**** Not Applicable RESERV

As it stands, we are. If the table changes I expect the fixture shown in your history will update too

You would probably have 24/28 hours to do it after the club says "you can start securing your seats now" - so there is plenty of time. Would be even more time to do it if were at home in the second leg.

Not forgetting you get 20 LP, which would be important if we get to the final.

In addition it's likely if we do secure the spot this weekend after the Leeds game the club will open up the on sale to season ticket holders pretty much straight away.

Re-reading the first post it's confirmed with this
Season Ticket Holders NOT enrolled to the Auto Cup Scheme will be able to purchase your seat shortly after qualification.

sales on internet and phone only, will cause problems if we get to the fire and everyone wants to sit with mates and they are not linked. I suggest people start linking them now

This bit pisses me right off.

IF we get there and I can't somehow secure my own seat for the match without going on this I would be a very, VERY unhappy bunny.

It would be good to know how long that period of tickets being on sale to season ticket holders will be. Rather annoying that the club seems to be using this to drive up membership of the Auto-Cup scheme. Personally, I don't want to commit now as I can't be certain I'll be able to go until I know which day the game's on... and I definitely don't want to be in the Auto scheme next season as I have problems fitting Cup dates around my work.

So, as we can't purchase in person, we're going to get lumbered with a booking fee - like it or lump it.

Any idea why there is no booking fee when you buy from shop? Always seems to me to be cheaper for club (postage and possible ticketing system licensing aside I guess) for us to buy on line, rather than have to pay a salary/office overheads of buying in ticket office.

One theory I had was if you are going to shop you are more likely to buy other things whilst there so £2 reduction acts as incentive?

I don't want to sign up  I'll get the playoff tickets, but don't want all cup tickets by default.

Brighton factually.....
Oh my giddy days, this is starting to feel real......

The sun is out, the sky is blue and I feel good......

I have not been this excited since 6th August 2011.

Can't believe how many people take every opportunity to slag the club off. For example how can they possibly announce how long the ticket sales periods will be when they don't know when/if we will qualify for the playoffs. They've done the sensible thing and announced as many details as possible at this particular time.

Hope they don't expect season ticket holders to claim their seats if qualification is confirmed on Saturday, before the date of the match is actually known.
