So Mr Barber has been in his role for almost 7 months now. He has been the subject of a lot of attention on here including some rather unfair (IMO) negative criticism. How do we think he is doing - simply poll out of 10.

How can any of us actually tell how well he is doing!? We don't see him do 99% of his job or have any direct dealings with him.

Its just an opinion, there is no science to it. I think all the interviews he has given and what he has said and done so far lead me to think he is doing ok and as well as making some tough decisions he is aware and mindful of not alienating himself from the fans.

This is an impossible poll to answer, so i wont even try. None of us know what he actually does, or what Mr Bloom has tasked him to achieve, so how can we judge him.
