Albion's £8m pa loss [Wake up call tomorrow for the minority of moaners.]

It's fairly obvious that the "loss" includes the loan repayment to TB.

That or the club has absolutely no clue about how to run a business, and we should expect to be in administration within the next few years if we fail to make the Premier League.

(although I can only reiterate that it's obviously the former, although I'm sure there are some people living in fairyland who still don't believe that TB wants his money back)

Loan repayments don't count towards operating profit/loss, I believe Trigaaar is an accountant and told me that, so your whole "we're repaying TB" argument is bs.

Dean Wilkins was a fairy
Dale Jasper was too slow
Richard Tiltman was too shit
Mark Farrington was the worst footballer they had ever seen
Alan Biley was a long haired useless piece of shit
Gerry Armstrong was a thick Irishman
Paul Wood has ‘’Only ever had 1 good game for us’
In fact they moaned about every footballer I ever saw. Apart from Brian Horton.

I read this to the tune of "my old man's a dustman"

I first got into the Albion whilst watching us on the East Terrace at the Goldstone with my Dad and his mates. They moaned about everyone and everything.

The point is they LOVED moaning. They enjoy being negative, bitching about the Albion rather than going shopping with the other half on a Saturday afternoon. Telling people they will have a wake up call and essentially changing their very nature by reading the Argus is somewhat pushing a point. If my Dad and his mates were given free Corporate entertainment at the Goldstone which had entailed Free Lap Dancing, Free beer and a 4-0 win, they would have complained that the tits were too small, the beer too warm and we should have won by 5.
And we lost that one too!

Well that's got me in a tizz now. I don't won't us to gamble with finances to such a level that it's all or nothing to get to the Premiership. We didn't save ourselves for this. Stability above bought glory surely.

The Premier League is the only way we'll make a profit at The Amex, sadly not likely with the Uraguayan clown in charge

A question to the clever people:

Should i be concerned that we are losing 8m a year? (thats a lot of money in my world!)

If not why not, if so what do the club do to lower the lose?

Thanks,

~Stupid Sergei

There are many Championship clubs with greater concerns than us. Fret not.

FRUIT OF THE BLOOM
I'm hoping a large part of any loss is down to the ground improvements and the new training facilities costs etc

Could some of this loss be down to the fact that we keep putting in planning applications and putting in more seats etc and obviously when this i all completed they will be sold and we will stop spending that money and recouping some.

Most of that will have been capitalised and chucked onto the Balance Sheet one would hope.
If not, they need a new Accountant!
