Not quite sure exactly what he's on about but doesn't sound happy... Mumbling about players going to the gym, covered in tattoos, doesn't care who takes penalties, is embarrassed by a performance at this level, might as well go home. Need more leaders, need to stand up at 3-5pm on a Saturday....

Perhaps someone else can summarise better :lolol:

Gus - Post Match Interview

I've always liked Gus but he came across as a complete twat in the post match interview.
Would be interested to hear what anyone else has to say about this if/when they've heard it.

Is it just me but I always worry about playing against ten men, we just don't dominate. So yes, time to stand up and take then apart.

The manager's recent public utterances have got more and more rambling and incoherent. He doesn't seem to twig that most chairmen wouldn't tolerate his random bullshit and would replace him with somebody who at least has a slideshow presentation of how he would improve things. This'll all end in tears, nothing's surer. Just won't do.:nono:

Disappointed too many times.
Can't say he's wrong, but it's his place to make the changes.
Imagine he'll be watching the footage tomorrow with a hard stare at who is responsible.
Questions for the captain too

There should be plenty of leaders ... Crofts ... Hammond ... Greer .... Maybe El Abd when fit needs to be made captain

I thought he was right to react as he did. I did not see the game but judging by the commentary it was down to the players. To score three away from home and still not win, loose a winning position in injury time, against a team who have played with ten men for half the match........ I'd feel let down in his position.

Shows how far we have come, I am gutted by this result. It seems Gus is too.

When we are winning with only two mins to go, why don't we just keep the ball?? The number of times we give away free kicks near the end of the game is ridiculous. No wonder Gus sounds so pissed off. Who wouldn't be. Perhaps we need a new team captain on the pitch?

I think he's on the verge of insanity.

Genius is extremely close,if Gus blinks he could miss it-i should know i flicker between the two.

I never listen to Gus and his after match interviews. I think he talks rubbish. I found it funny at first but now he makes me cringe.
I know he is upset by that ending but he picks the team, sets up the tactics and he must share some blame.
Maybe our budget is too small....
