Looking at that team it's amazing how much we've strengthened, although Taricco was good in that game and if he'd played 90 minutes I very much doubt we would have lose. Maybe drawn.

The way we came out in the first 20 minutes of that game seemed like the players 'got it', maybe they got it too much.

I do. Last season before the Palace game Poyet was harping on about Saints and the fact we had been on the TV twice in a week... Palace when onto the back burner and the players didn't realise what it meant until they saw how mental the Palace fans were going and how empty the AMEX was.

Spot on. They promised a wall of noise at the Amex but only chirped up when they equalised like any other Club would do. As for their "Support" at Selhurst it was a joke , nearly 10,000 empty seats that night and those that did turn up made a banner and then forgot to get behind their team.

Yes, they might have some fans whose first side isn't Brighton, but with respect, they put their money where their mouth is and buy s.t's. Brighton have 22K S/T holders, it's allowed to finance the extension of the AMEX and have a budget thats allowed to put a good team on the field. Imagine what it would be like to see 22K at Selhurst EVERY game!"
