If it stops Alan Shearer ruining any more football on the telly I'd like him to do a job for us.

My computer is so slow that if I ploughed my way through this whole thread I'd still be here when the January window comes round - so can somebody tell me on which page Michael Owen gets a mention?

The only interesting post was made on page 4 by Bozza:

1. I don't know who the player is, but my impeccable source described it as 'spectacular'.

2. I don't believe this player to be Hitzelsperger. I reckon that deal is still being worked on. That is my view.

3. Oh, Inter Milan may or may not have been mentioned at some point.

The rest of it is idle speculation based on the above.

This is how it feels to be Brighton, this is how it feels on the coast. They've signed no-one we've signed Bruuuu-noooo, Bruuu-noooo!

Wrong thread, etc.

I can 100% confirm that Frank Lampard had bought a house in Ferring but it is for his father. That still means Frank Lampard is moving nearby though. Could do a job.

Why would we want Lampard anyway, we just signed a left back and at 63 years old, I think the size of the Amex pitch might be a bit much for him.

This is just an idea with no foundation whatsoever but we beat Ipswich for the signature of Kuszack, so they are aftera keeper would they be interested in either Brezovamn or Annkergren ad if so do they have any players that we may be interested in a swap or part exhange for. What about Jimmy Builard is he still able to be a box to box midfielder?

Right, so we sign a keeper they wanted so they then take our rejects? Doesn't work that way!

No to football rumours.

As regards Brezovan and Ankergren my thinking is that they are better than what Ipswich have at the momen as they are after a new keeper. Neither will want to be either no 2 or possibly no 3 so a chance at Ipswich may suit both or either and if Jimmy Bullard is still capable of producing the energy that he did in his box ot box midfield role he could meet our needs.

They can have Richard Wright back any time they want
