I've had a few days to calm now, and my post about Mr Poyet was very VERY out of order. The feelings that were expressed were indeed not my own. Nor does that sort of foul language belong on this thread.

The anger and heartache that followed me overtook me, and it always does at the worst times, and I'll never get away from that. But I can promise that I'll step back from insulting to that extreme on NSC in the future.

I'm sorry for the offense caused to you ladies and gents,
I'm sorry seemingly betraying the club like that.

More importantly, I'm sorry for Gus. He turned this club around, and I forgot myself and where the albion are and how great they are.

I only posted a reply because I was a bit pissed off that I spent time reading and re-reading it trying to find something anybody might be remotely interested in.

However, after a 6-0 defeat, everyone has the right to moan and put the whole season to one side and moan. If you can't get it off your chest on here, where can you? Better to be ranting and raving on here than taking out your frustations on the preverbial cat, or worse.

Look mate I have been on here for 12 years and made countless f*** ups and said numerous things I now regret but I can honestly say it was how I felt at the time and you can only be true to yourself, so carry on posting how you feel.
