So today pretty much finishes our hopes of a play off spot, it's time to look ahead.
What changes do you feel needed to be made at our club? Management team, tactics, playing staff? Will Gus change his tactics, will we play exactly the same?

What would YOU like to see happen at our club over the summer?

Carry on in the same vein. To be fair win our last games, which are all very winnable and we may still have the problems the play offs and promotion could bring.

we are on a building process, lets complete it...

Buy Mattock/another LB, buy 2 more central midfielders a keeper and a striker. Get Dicker and Painter as far away from Brighton as possible. Then we will be strong

Serious money spent sensibly. ie, not squandered on League One players.

A decent goalie has to be top priority, not just after today, but all season we have been weak in that department.

I think we should give Gonzalez a go.

Need to bring in some players who are going to provide us with some end product. All well and good having loads of possession, but no use if chances aren't created and goals scored.

As most of above, but I wouldn't be heartbroken to see Gus go as well.
He doesn't seem to have learnt quickly enough this season,is too stubborn and friggs around with the team too much for my liking.
Sadly I am not convinced, that even with strengthening the team for next season,Gus will change his modus operandi of constantly farting around with selection and team tactics.

2 strikers, 1 CM & 1 goalie short of being a (realistic) promotion chasing team.
- Completely agree + we have to be more offensive generally. We've had the fewest attempts on goal of any team in the Championship this season and away from home there seems to be no desire to go forward. We have to be able to mix up our sytle of play as well - the reason Southampton have done so well is that they can pass it, but when they need to mix it up and go long they can play that way as well. Our slow passing style is ok at home, but not away. Of the players to come in I'd like to see more experience like Reading have with Roberts and Blackpool have with Phillips. They may not be the best but they are very effective especially at this level.
