Over there
What's your favourite "adult" cartoon? Or are you like a mate of mine that thinks cartoons are bollocks.
I've never been a fan of the Simpsons but love matt Grohnings other cartoon Futurama. But as cartoons go my absolute fav is family guy, I'm a massive fan and find it hilarious and intelligent.

Used to be the Simpsons, obviosuly, but dont really bother with it any more.

However as soon as BBC3 starts showing the new Family Guy, I will drop what I am doing and be glued to it!

Archer is the absolute best. Behind that its either Family Guy or American Dad. King of the Hill is appalling.

Its like the creators other stuff, if you get the mentality of 14 year old boys you will find Beavis and Butthead funny, similar for Daria. Here you need to understand the southern mindset to appreciate it. I do find it quite funny.

I like the others the OP mentions.

Family Guy, Simpson, Futurama for me. SouthPark I will watch if I come across it while channel hoping. Seen a few episodes of King of the Hill but it was never a must watch. Was very disappointed by American Dad to be honest.

Not a fan of American Dad and I can take or leave Family Guy, but all the others listed on here I really love - especially King of The Hill. Simpsons maybe getting a bit long in the tooth now but the best episodes in its long and illustrious past are absolute TV classics.

Why can't we in Britain do anything like those six or so shows? AFAIK the nearest we had was a short-lived thing called Wreckless Eric or something in the late 1990s about a bloke with a throbbing vein in his head and a rude au pair. That's about all I can remember.
