Genuinely FASCINATING. I could pour over this all day.

So the East stand is going to have additional levels of 1901 seating as well as the upper tier. Fabulous.

An extra 100 seats in the North - is that going to be suspended over the main North stand like they're doing in the South then ? I don't geddit.

Looks to me from the bowl plan that the halfway main camera gantry will move to the east stand?

The Club are now a Championship team with a genuine and realistic ambition of becoming a Premier League team. These ambitions are based upon sustained business growth. The proposed expansion of the Stadium, as well as the proposed development of a new Academy and Training Facility in Lancing are a part of this continuing strategy. These proposals represent a significant investment by the Club. They reinforce its bold stance on its own future development and confirm its broader commitments to its fans and the local community.

The very back row of the North has no seats in it, I would take a guess and say they are putting them in there.

And an extra 100 in east 'lower' too?

I dunno - I'm sure some weird little nerd somewhere won't be slow to contradict - but I for one am just relieved and happy to see Martin Perry's safe pair of hands all over that application too.

Mssrs Knight and Bloom justly get the plaudits for their herculean efforts but when it comes down to the nitty-gritty spadework for something like this and countless other applications like it, I reckon we've been bloody lucky to have had him on board throughout. That stadium's a testimony to him as much as anyone else IMHO.

It's amazing how many seats can squeeze into those corners.

One of the heartening things is this nearly doubles the capacity of the North Stand.

There is a section on which you may leave a comment which I intend to do later - suggest as may people as poss. do likewise?

I think the club will instruct us to do this soon and the key points they wish us to stress, so it may be worth waiting a bit.
