If Scumhampton slip up at Exeter next Tuesday they could be 11 points behind

Great result on a very sad night.

Echo that and I am sure many at the game will be filing their condolences when they get on-line. NSC does pull togther rather marvellously at these times and I hope that this spirit remains intact through the ages!

What a good result after Saturday.
That lull in the second half when we seem to loose our grip is just a bit worrying. Nearly cost us against Posh and did hurt us on Saturday. Today it didn't matter but we need to sort it out if only for the sake of my nerves! :)

Murray MOM sounds right.

Really looking forward to seeing both goals - sounded real class on the commentary

By the end of February we will have 4 games in hand on Bournemouth and 1 game on scc and 2 on Huddersfield

If we are ahead even by a single point at that stage I think we can begin to plan promotion parties (assuming of course that our squad is still intact at that point :) )

Colchester were a decent team - and luckily for us a striker short of a very good team. They could play. That was a very good win. I thought midfield (Dicker excepted) looked lethargic for us.

Just seen Noone's goal on SSN. Superb goal.

Im looking forward to seeing it again, just when you thought he might have done too much, pull the trigger - goooooal!

Great love in after the goal also.

They are certainly much better to watch than they used to be. John Ward has got them playing some nice football. Before today, they had only lost two away from home and conceded 11 in 10 away matches. A tough team to beat.

It was a good result against a tough side, we struggled and battled in periods but it always felt like we had goals in the game. I didn't see Noone's goal all the way from J block but I thought he had lost the ball and was bloody glad to see it in the back of the net. I think Gus got the team and subsitutions exactly right tonight.

Some of the diving and face holding from the Colchester players was embaressing.
