Four and a half year deal... Does that mean we can loan LuaLua for four and a half years now please?... :glare:

FRUIT OF THE BLOOM
Now is the time to pounce for KLL in my opinion, offer a cheeky 400k and see what the response is

Without overdoing it, this is a MASSIVE boost to the chances of KLL being allowed to leave.

Ben Arfa is young and will be a good winger for 6 or so years, far too long for KLL to be second string.

Routledge is 2nd choice right winger, meaning KLL should be fine to leave in my view.

We should snap him up now. Pay a bit more but get him secured and settled so he gets all of preseason with us. Save money etc. on assessing all the other wide contingency targets too.

My Newcastle Season ticket supporting friends seems to link there is zero chance of him leaving, then again Ashley is a bit of an idiot and if offered money he would take it.

Also saw a rumour that Newcastle are after Max Gradel too from Leeds, this would mean they would have 4 wingers excluding LuaLua, looking pretty good for us at the moment.

Except Leeds would probably just go in for Kazenga to replace him.

Worthing
would it be stupid signing Lua Lua now? Just thinking damaged (injured) goods, maybe being able to get him cheaper than if fully fit?

Remember he's only 19 guys - short term the may have 3 good wingers ahead of him but they may still see him as one for the future...

Newcastle also linked with David Bentley apparently. That would surely mean LuaLua is surplus to requirements at Newcastle? As far as him only being 19 goes, I'm pretty sure Pardew is not looking six, five, four or even three years into the future, he will be looking at the here and now. That combined with the fact that LuaLua will presumably want to settle at a club and play first team football means, in my opinion, we have a decent chance of signing him. On loan at the very least.

I'm so desperately hoping the above is true.
