How does a village idiot like this prick get a blog in the local paper? There must be 200 regulars on this site, maybe more. I'm struggling to think of maybe ten people less literate, interesting and ill-informed than hb&b. The man is a f***ing ARSE and his blogs are always completely SHIT.

stop sitting on the fence..... say exactly what you think........:lolol:

To quote Mrs HB&B "Just think yourself lucky he's got a job now, so we only have to put up with this shit late at night and weekends"

I'm preferring Bozza's at present because his was concise and bang on the money. Even though Simster's was a quality effort (he too was right on target), he strays into the personal stuff a bit (hard to avoid when it comes to HB&B, obviously), so it's Bozza by a nose for me.

Looking forward to critiques from the aforementioned Cheeky Monkey, and from HKFC too.

Until then, here's some music. This is Jay & The Americans from 1966 with 'Livin Above Your Head'. We'll have the weather straight after...

Because you GOONS have drawn my attention to it, I felt compelled to read this latest NONSENSE.

It is actually a pity its SO badly written, as the general theme of 'The Albion are quality right now - go and watch them' has merit, but no-one will get that out of it, as they'll be too busy shaking there heads sadly, and bemoaning the state of the education system.

Whilst on there, I clicked the link to the blogger's previous effort, to see what the standard of that one was like. The level of literacy was a little higher, which is nice, but the one thing that I noted with interest, was that he has shoe-horned a gratuitous reference to John Barrowman twice in a row. Is he trying to tell us something?

Thanks for your kind words, hitony, however I do believe Bozza's is superior. Sadly he had cornered the "trite, concise put-down" market before I saw the thread. I was merely expanding upon it, and in doing so, dipped my little toe into personal abuse, as TLO rightly points out.

Cheeky Monkey and Pot Noodle should be well worth a read soon enough. Then again, I thought HKFC was disappointing.

Leave the guy alone. It isn't that bad.

Don't blame him if The Argus does not sub it. I deal with the blogs for our website and I manage to find time for a quick read through and check.

I've read it. I had low expectations. It failed to live up to them.

Please pipe down. If you haven't got anything constructive to say, don't say anything at all.

When I was little, we had a pet dog that had worms. Watching it scrape it's arse across the kitchen floor I did once wonder what the resultant scrawl would look like if I wedged a pen up its bum.

Having read that blog, I now know.

Good effort. You came with a reputation and didn't let us down. Some of the approach was contrived but the end result seemed worthy of the effort.

Think Bozza's still leads though

Apologies to all. I was not in the mood to be abusive, so thought I'd offer a critique of the actual piece rather than the author.

I'm going to give him a little credit, and assume that the gibberish title of this thread was a deliberate, self-deprecating nod to the levels of literacy in the 'article' itself.

I could however, be wrong, and he may simply be unable to grasp the simple basics of the English language.
