Thinking of taking Kayaking up as a hobby , And looking for help on getting started , What I need etc , Best places to go , Best deals . Any help would be greatly appreciated cheers :thumbsup:

Standing in the way of control
Hello...come down tomorrow for the Wednesday paddle, should be able to do you a £5 deal for a single kayak, or if not bring a mate and a double is £15 (standard single is £10 but it's worth it, you can stay out on the water as long as you like really). 5.30pm-6.30pm for kayaking, also having a barbie tomorrow from about 7. Any pees and cues just shout me :)

Thinking of getting one of these Sevylor Hudson to entertain myself and my kids, probably most of the time on calms day off Hove beach.

We also enjoy a bit of camping, anyone know of lakes in Sussex / Kent / Surrey where you can just bowl up and take your own kayak in? I think Bewl Water is restricted to the club only for example.
