It needs sorting, and soon. We need him.

Time for Tony Bloom to call them both in the office together and thrash out the problem so that neither are seen to eat humble pie. Or if he is away do we not have Chief Executive to act on his behalf.

Good ridance to Forster. No i'm not fishing. He wants his way and won't liten to the managers, thats why everything started going wrong for Slade. Poyet put isn't having any of it so Forster is sulking. He can f*** off IMO.

Well, he should stop f***ing about then shouldn't he, I notice the REAL pro's are getting on with it (albeit not that well).

Don't you think the manager maybe under orders from the chairman that no contracts will be discussed until he decides.

Any club is bigger than 1 player, if Forester has burnt his bridges, then time to live without him. It happens, move along....

Forster is letting himself and his club down. I'm very disappionted in him. I don't see the other players who are out of contract in the summer reacting the same. He should be leading by example. I can't see him playing for Albion again.

If all the quotes attributed to Forster and Gus are correct then it would appear that Forster has acted rather stupidly in my opinion. It does appear out of character though. He has always acted in a mature and professional manner prior to this. But, I hope it gets sorted out and he gets at least another year.

But, if he continues to act in this manner then the club will have to say goodbye. We will miss him but then again 20 odd teams dont have him and are doing better than us.

Totally agree. This schoolyard behaviour has to stop. Both parties have made their point, but we are in dire need of results and having the best player frozen out is helping no-one.

I would agree with that but has been suggested that the problem is Forster going to SSN. Others have suggested he didnt but a 'friend' of his did. GP has been quoted as being upset about NF attitude so my thought is that TB could or should call them both in and find out the exact truth about the revelation to SSn and then perhaps we can move on. Ken Brown said NF is not on the transfer list because it is closed. NF says the club have agreed that he can leave so there is a conflict of views. For anybody to move forward clarification is needed.

Can you stop calling him NF? Makes him sound like a fascist.

how was forster in wrong in thinking he should get a contract extension when he sees the useless 7-1 masterclass defender el abd get one for consistently letting goals in. who deserves a contract out of all the players that had theirs run out in the summer? who has kept brighton in the fight for league one for next year? is it leaky goals el abd or nicky forster? i'd gladly risk one more year for forster to bang in the goals vs another year of el useless abd
