The Albion supporters.. Too soft and Middle Class.

Got something to say or just want fewer pesky ads? Join us... 😊

The main reason for the lack of atmosphere? Time to toughen up. Not suggesting that the club needs to attract a hooligan element no one wants that, but we have all become too middle class, not me because I'm Upper class. Time to get down and dirty. Cum on you seagulls. Bring musical instruments ie Drums Horns etc to the next home game, clap you hands, stamp your feet, shout and sing at the top of your voices and make one hell of a din.

The main reason is that there is no roof on the south stand which means any atmosphere is lost and not amplified.

Supporters can be singing at one end but are not heared at the other.

Yes, lets get some new songs....ow hang on, we tried that last week and it got panned (see hundreds of similar threads over the past few years).

Facts to consider before you begin your campaign:
Any instruments will not be allowed in the ground
Flags, toilet rolls etc likewise
If you turn around, stand up etc you'll be thrown out
Everyone around you will happily sit in silence as you make an arse of yourself before a steward leads you away for venting frustration with crowd and team too vocally.

Good luck, everyone else before you has failed

£25 - it's not the supporters fault, it's the shite pricing from the club.

I'm glad your not banned anymore.

There have been good atmospheres at The Withdean before. If everyone shouts stamps their feet and makes a din not everybody can be slung out. Those who sit there in silence are the ones to blame! I'm off to listen to George Galloway now. BFN

TBH - I don't know PSB at all, saw a few of his posts yesterday and thought very wind up merchant, Ignoring the class bit he has a point, I know it expensive and I know there is no roof but we could still bring a drum or horn etc make some more noise... The conference has atmosphere and not many roofs...

Its the club that needs to toughen up, not the fans. They need to stand firm against the dickheads who rule all our lives now with their namby pamby "you cant do this and you cant do that" bollocks and turn a blind eye to the odd standing up and cheering your team (heaven forbid)
and the potential long term fans who ring or call in person to the ticket office and are told they cant have a ticket cos its a category A game today and theyre not on the database so they might be Millwall fans wanting to infiltrate the home end so go away, 2 x 60 yr olds couldnt get in today and they lived in shoreham, not bermondsey! Wheres the common sense at the club, wheres the structure to bring back the fans in readiness for falmer? What a way to run a f***ing business!!

Evening Hugo, as I presume it's you, how's Burwash? Are you back from roadying or whatever it was you were doing? Seriously, the stewards were doing their act in H Block again, while letting 900 Millwall fans stand all game.
