Albion boss on the move

2:18pm Monday 9th March 2009
Exclusive By Andy Naylor »

New Albion manager Russell Slade is switching the dugouts around for his first home match, after winning twice at Withdean with his old club Yeovil.
Superstitious Slade's lucky away dugout, to the left of the halfway line looking out from the north stand, will now be used by the Seagulls against Southend tomorrow night.
"I have stood in that other dugout and won twice," he said. "What would I want to change that for?"

Fair enough - didn't the dugouts switch around during Wilkins tenure as manager?

I love Russell Slade already. The man is brilliant. Even IF we go down he will get this club moving back up the leagues before we know it!!!!

Yeah, Wilkins switched so that they were closest to the dressing rooms after it moved.

Re arranging the deckchairs on the Titanic. Before we all give Slade a blow job lets not forget

1 game played
1 loss

And an abject performance so lets all calm down a bit as at the moment he has done f*** ALL.

Aren't the "HOME" and "AWAY" signs nailed to the dugouts? In which case if they get swapped round he'll still be in the wrong dugout, but in a different position???

It's ok, U.S. is making up for the fact that he was an Adams apologist long after the rest of us had realised the truth by making sure he's first in the queue to slag the new guy off!

First you post a couple of days ago "i like dick" now you say "give Slade a blow job"

We all love the club mate, but steady on old chap, were British.
People will start to think Brighton is frequented by "those sort" of people.
