Chicken Madras for me, I love it.

Particually from Rice ans Spice in Haywards Heath.

Going for one Thursday lunchtime actually.

Thinking of a Chicken Balti - Anyone had one of these? What does it consist of?

I'm pretty boring - if forced I would choose a Chicken Tikka Masala, however the perfect combo is this and a nice Tadka Dahl with Pilau and a Garlic Naan. Mmmmmmm.

What is your favourite poppadom topping from those spinning pots?
Minty yellow food colouring?
Mango Chutney?
Devil's Breath Salad (raw onion)?
The other one?

The other one is Lime Pickle, which happens to be my fave.

Where's the Lamb Balti option you GOON.

Also I'm quite partial to Korai's, they are damn tasty. I recently got into Methi's, not spicy but very flavoursome

Got to be a Vindaloo for me, cos if it's a good one, then it is just the most tasty and hot curry. I do like 'em hot. Not adverse to a good Biriani, even a Jalfreizi on occasion. Also like it when you find a curry house that has a selcetion of dishes you have not had before, makes a change like.

Chicken Dansak for me. Had a craking one from the Anaz in Findon on Saturday night - the leftovers are currently polluting the fridge and will be used to pollute the office one lunchtime later this week.

Why? The right level of heat and some great flavour & texture. Plus when you drop your guts the next morning it just smells like ... well .. dansak.

P
cant believe we have got this far down the page and no one has pretentiously thrown in the amazing one they had cooked by the roadside by a 200 year old woman in Nepal when they were on their gap year. I am pleasantly surprised.

Any Chicken Madras the ropier and gut rot-ier the better is my choice.
