Did you mate? I have his shirt from the Burnley 51,000 game. My brother's former boss was his best mate
What a game that was SJLM.There was more than 51,000 there as I'm sure you'll agree!I see you post on BBS?Good site but I'm more of an HOL'er myself.

High up on the South Downs.
I have a problem. I think I dislike Surrey CCC more than CPFC. I didn't dislike Surrey in the past and admired all the class players that they produced like Stewart, Thorpe, the Bicknells etc. But since they've been trying to buy success and even attempted to give the championship to Lancs with a soft declaration last season I have developed a serious antagonism towards the brown-hatters.

As for CPFC, it's rather flattering that their fans all want to re-locate to Sussex. You couldn't imagine Pompey wanting to move to Southampton or vice versa or Millwall fans boarding the Woolwich ferry to start anew in Plaistow. Similarly all these CP young players will follow Ian Wright and leave the Glaziers/Eagles/Sashas pronto to play for real London teams.

People move to better themselves Mona so why would people move from Woolwich to Plaistow? And moving from Pompey to Soton is something of a sidewards move really (although parts of Soton are not bad). Many places in Sussex are very nice so people will want to re-locate there, it has happened for centuries, people want a safer environment for their kids, be close to the coast etc and many areas in Sussex can provide this. Not sure what Surrey CCC have to do with anything, but hey it takes all sorts.
