That's all he really said on SSN earlier, BHA asked all the Premiership clubs to write to Ruth Kelly supporting the cause, Chelsea didn't, they wrote to DK directly and said it would be inappropriate. Quite how or why Chelsea would come to this decision, I don't know. Abramovich lives over near Midhurst, don't know if Kenyan has a house in Falmer.
