Amazed the club aren’t opening The Terrace at 0800 on Wednesday for a reveal and a brekkie bap created and served by Webbo.

BarbsOBE out!

For a “reveal”?
It’s next season’s fixtures, surely it’s one up from the opening of an envelope.
I’m of an era that used to just hear a rumour they were gonna be in that nights Argus and then had to search for them on one of the inside back pages where it looked they’d just been squeezed in as an afterthought.

(Having said that, I’ll personally be glued to Sky (and here) at 9 a.m Wednesday, pen in one hand, work rota in the other and a dog and a black coffee resting on my lap)

An apparent 'leak' reckons we have a 5.30 KO against Liverpool at home first game, then Bournemouth away, City at home then Chelsea at home 🫠 I think it's bullshit.
Probably my recollection playing tricks with me but it always feels like the reigning Champions generally get to open up with a game vs one of the newly promoted cannon fodder, err…I mean clubs

Nah, City played Chelsea on the opening day last year.

What would a women's rugby match have to do with a football match in another city?
If the two cities were York and St Albans probably nothing….

However what do I know? 🤷‍♂️

I still find that odd. How much policing does a rugby match need? Surely it'll be a small crowd?
They're saying that if Sunderland's stadium is being used on the second weekend, then Sunderland will have to play away which means that they play at home on the first weekend. Therefore, Newcastle will be away the first weekend.
