On the basis that a visit to Boundary Park led to the creation of the 'Where did you get your Burbery from? Pound shop, Pound shop!' chant I am going to have to be team Southend.
Surely if they’ve taken your life then you won’t be in a position to care about them taking your wife? Also wouldn’t she legally stop being your wife and start being your widow?
Yeah I like ingenuity, I respect that.Surely if they’ve taken your life then you won’t be in a position to care about them taking your wife? Also wouldn’t she legally stop being your wife and start being your widow?
I’m really not convinced they’ve thought this through. Still, kudos for going to the effort to knock up business cards for their firm of hooligans in the first place.

Where do they take her? Shopping maybe? That’s very nice of them.
Have it off with. What do you mean by "go with"...?![]()
Having been to Oldham on a few occasions, your experience would be described as cordial.Oldham.
Roots Hall is an absolute tip that has no place in the Football League. Also, because that game at the start of the 2001 season, and the cup game a few years back which we won in the last minute and I had the “pleasure” of being confronted by gobshite Essex boys on my way out informing me that they “fackin’ hate queers” while making cutthroat gestures.
I think every visit l made to Boundary Park, it was wet, it was wind swept, and it was freezing!I ruined a pair of very stylish shoes in the mud and filth whilst exiting Boundary Park one freezing, wet, dark, muddy, horrendous and unsuccessful winter early evening in Oldham so on that basis alone and only its Southend for me
I went in December I think in 1990 and we got hammered 6-1, it was pissing down I think and they would not let me and my then girlfriend in the ground with her umbrella, well you can guess what I did, I went in the ground and she went shopping but there was nothing around so she caught the train home early back to Manchester, I did not hear from her again...I think every visit l made to Boundary Park, it was wet, it was wind swept, and it was freezing!
Not too surprising perhaps, as l always thought it to be the highest league ground in the country, but that honour suprisingly, falls to the Hawthorns.
A Cambridge United fan, Simon Dobbin, was beaten up unprovoked at Southend some years back. He was left seriously disabled, and died a few years later - his death being attributed to this attack.
They are SO notorious they have to put the name of the club in brackets.
Had a Russian playing for us and it wasn't gotsmanov. Oldham was a touch shady at times aswell.I went in December I think in 1990 and we got hammered 6-1, it was pissing down I think and they would not let me and my then girlfriend in the ground with her umbrella, well you can guess what I did, I went in the ground and she went shopping but there was nothing around so she caught the train home early back to Manchester, I did not hear from her again...
