Fair play to them. Let them have their moment, but very interested to see how they get on next season. Thursday/Sunday schedules aren’t going to be easy, and can see them going deep in the competition.
I’m taking the positive that they haven’t got the squad or pockets to cope with Thursday / Sunday football so the chance of them going down is higher

They deserved it, backs to the wall, a breakaway and a bit of luck with the handball outside the area. That's football

I'm pretty pissed off, but I live in Brighton and support the Albion so things could be far, far worse.

I'm already looking forward to next season and wondering how they'll go about getting a squad to play two games a week.

Oh well, the chase for silverware has been won by Palace. We could bemoan the easy early draws, but they do deserve credit for the performances vs Fulham and Villa, and anyone that beats City deserves it. I’m now watching Alan Partridge, feeling better already, thanks Alan.

Palace win the cup

NSC: This is Fabs fault as well

Also NSC: it wouldn't have happened under RDZ

Never change NSC. 🤣🤣

Hey ho.. we kind of blew 6th/7th… hence we were desperately clinging onto this idea of 8th, which was all a bit fanciful anyway…

Maybe the double over us really were the key defeats in our season 😭

City were dreadful… and ‘off’ … I’ve suspected that they’ve known all season what’s coming and that ‘performance’ smacked of resignation…

We need to step up and win something… anything really and get a little foothold into the rivalry again…

However, a full season of Thursday/Sunday for Palace won’t be a bed of Roses and they might be asset stripped anyway…

Time to focus on us.

Utter garbage.
The man didn't want to adhere to and respect our blueprint. A blueprint that has got us to where we are. He lost focus and allowed the season to collapse.
You back him over TB if you want. I know where my loyalties lie.
You missed the emoji at the end, I was delighted to see the back of him. Many on here do seem to think TB let him down, I am not one of them!

Guess this is really clutching at Straws re Europe. But As Citeh won nothing this season, it would be the ideal time to actually apply the much threatened sanction thats been mooted for ages.

If they were to get relegated which has been suggested they might.....

Yeah, straws!

I'm gonna say it. Fair play to palace. City were shite but they got it done.

And if it wasn't palace, no one would want another City procession.

Lesson for next season. If we want Europe we need to make it happen ourselves.
Soo much is about getting the right manager. Glasner is the change, you can see how he's improved so many of their players.

They just said 8th is still conference league if Chelsea win it and finish 6th or 7th themselves.

Wasn't aware of that.

It's a nice thought, but hope is a dangerous thing.

Can't take anymore disappointment. If that scenario is still possible on the final day, I might pay attention though.
