The fact is they are not a 'shower of shite' and should do quite well in Europe. Facts are facts, they've had a very good second half of the season and are hard to play against. I would suggest they will challenge the Top 8 next season, but the European campaign may have a toll like it did on us.

Rivalry is over now innit really, it does not matter how many times we beat them. They have a trophy, we do not, they're the bigger and better club until we win one. Truly disastrous and IMO should bring about much greater scrutiny of the way our club is being run, all this took was one 5 year plan and they've smashed it, our "top 10 and make loads of money off our customers" plan is no longer good enough.

As much as it hurts, fair play and congrats to them. Thought it would happen and it did. City were pretty average as they've been all season. As someone said above, if we want Europe, we have to earn it ourselves either by winning a trophy or premier league finish.
