Is this real or someone taking the pi55? It is hard to tell. I thought nuclear was a huge part of proposed nett zero.

Going against renewables so we stay reliant on imported power is so short sighted it is mad.
Yes but we have masses of our oil gas and coal.
We can get a lot of it by fracking.
And as for labour costs, there are millions of brown youths claiming benefits, Muslims and yardies.
They could be conscripted into a worker army where they can not only help the economy,
but also learn about respect and British Values.

But labelling all reform voters dimwits, knuckle draggers, poor, politically illiterate, cranks, racists & delusional crackpots is fine then. That's only 4m people+ that so many on here are smearing instantly. Is that not patronising and condescending ?
But I don't believe all Reform voters are dimwits, crackpots and racists. Many of them are, and to try and deny that is simply not credible, but there are also a lot of people out there who just want other people to suffer for things. Many of them see other people or places doing well and rather than going "wow, it'd be nice for that to happen here" they think "no, how dare THEY be allowed to get ahead of themselves". It's essentially MAGA UK.

Oh, and not forgetting the billionaires, who are the only people Nigel actually really cares about.

Get the feeling that these Reform by election results are all a bit Trumpesque but I am no political animal, just a thought

Some very gormless sounding people being interviewed too.

WTF are Reform going to change, in a good way?

Ex-Tory. I'm homeless at present, they are all twats. Not biting my fist at anything Starmer seems to be doing a great job of pissing off millions on his own, Kemi is a nobody and Farage will do something even more stupid before too long.
Green or LibDem perhaps, or Count Binface?

It doesn't take a genius to know. What are Reform standing for? What are the Tories standing for, what are labour standing for? What are they all standing for? Who is getting the monster votes.
Can you explain it to me then please? What is it in reform’s plans that wins over areas that are virtually all white populations if it is not racist rhetoric? I genuinely don’t understand their positions. People say “change” to what? What is being changed to? Do people understand insurance based health and tax cuts for the rich while stripping public services?

What are they voting for?

Following on from Staffordshire, Reform having taken Lincolnshire council from the Conservatives
Good that it is not just one area where they can be held to account for their decisions. I worry the followers are like MAGA who won’t be prepared to admit their leader is the problem and blame others. If trump can claim boost in Dow jones on election as down to him and then dip in April is due to Biden then Farage will be prepared to blame everyone for everything.

Labour personally but I can see why people are turning Reform after 2 tier Kiers antics with some things.

No where else to really turn as Tories proved they are a disaster

What are these reasons? Please share. I have not seen anyone able to explain yet. What is it people think Reform will deliver in these local areas? (Bear in mind that Runcorn and Lincolnshire have basically sod all muslims).

There are more than two parties. The LibDems have done reasonably well in council elections.

Those who are voting Reform think they are getting one over the establishment, but reality will kick in when they realise what they voted for is a bag of hot air.

They're not running the country, they're running Lincolnshire, the most Brexity county in the land

In fact they have no more MPs than they did after the General Election, because if you dare question Nigel you get bullied out.

Where does Staffordshire and Durham sit on the Brexit scale?

Don't know , just a glorified Tory party to me but under the Reclaiming Britain I imagine most of that tunes into some peoples thoughts they maybe are not allowed to express ...... maybe , i dunno
