But he PROMISED. He said he was the only president who could stop the war, it would be easy and it would never have started if he was in charge (and he only wasn't because he lost the rigged election).

Are you suggesting he wasn't being entirely truthful?

He would have gotten away with it too if it weren't for those meddling foreigners.

Walmart's CEO makes admission about Trump's tariffs

(Click on MSN)

Walmart has admitted it will be badly hit by tariffs, but says it aims to keep prices lower than rivals and emerge from the challenging period with more customers. Due to its size, CEO Doug McMillon said the company remains in a position to 'play offense,' and that tariffs may push it to 'invest in price.' And finance chief John David Rainey emphasized that Walmart sees an opportunity to accelerate market share gains by offering better pricing, leaning into the current economic climate.

Have you noticed the water pressure lately? Terrible. Just terrible. You turn on the shower, and it’s like a little drizzle. A pathetic little trickle. You can’t wash anything. And you know why?
Because of Obama. Because of the radical left. It’s a leftist, communist shower control agenda. They don’t want you clean. Very secret. Very sneaky. Funded by Chaina, probably.
I looked into it. I said, ‘Why is the water not coming out?’ They told me it was because of regulations. Ridiculous regulations. I said, ‘Nope, we’re fixing that. We’re bringing back the pressure. We’re bringing back the POWER.’ People will thank me, say, ‘Sir, I haven’t had a shower like that in years. My hair’s never looked better.’ And you know I have great hair, everybody says so.
I love showers. I love water. I love washing my tremendous, world-class hair in a powerful, beautiful cascade of American freedom.
We’re gonna Make Showers Great Again. Big water. Strong water. Patriotic water. Showers the way God intended, none of this weak, woke misting. We’re going full blast, baby.

the only surprising thing is that anyone is surprised, it was all written down, in Project 25 and the Americans were told numerous times what he would do, yet they happily voted him in and now they are surprised that he is doing exactly what was said he would do

I can see moves towards complete a abortion ban, revoking marriage equality and any LGBTQ "rights", Affordable care act will be gutted.

Somehow the Americans have been convinced that a plethora of things that are actually good for the vast majority of them (universal health care, employment rights, welfare, anti discrimination, reproductive care for example) are somehow bad. It seems huge numbers of ordinary Americans actively vote for things that are going to cause them personal financial, and mental trauma
At times like this we can turn to the words of the great Irish playwright, George Bernard Shaw:

"The 100% American is 99% idiot"

Not far off an actual transcript!

Just utter scum. Playing with the economy to enrich themselves. If a government is not looking to tackle inequality I cannot take it seriously.
Tackle it? They're actively working toward making it worse.

Maybe the "average" Americans will notice it now? Their investment portfolio was decimated in order to enrich the richest people. To be fair to Trump, he's played an absolute blinder here and all his mates have made crazy money without doing anything, or risking anything. Bravo.

I know. I was referring to our government who do not even acknowledge it is a problem.

the same group were reported down £550bn on Tuesday. average portfolio that didn't sell past few days is in the same boat, still down a lot on paper. to be sure there is some money made around the fringes, spikes in market and option volume observed 10-20 min before the yesturday pivot, not the conspriacy some want to make. it's just bad policy and decsion making at it's root. remember Trump is trying to say how great past day market response was, dont go along!
