Sorry but Fabian really needs to work on this. His pre and post match interviews are bloody awful monotone one word answers offers nothing. Needs more fire in the belly a serious work in progress imo

No longer listen to anything he says unless it’s in the pre match coverage of a game about to start. He would certainly not inspire me if I was good enough to be an Albion player if he’s the same in the dressing room.

Last time I listened to him post match was in the dressing room talking to the players, he repeated everything he said.

The process.
We need to trust the process.

Just watched the BBC interview and listened to the Radio Sussex one. Only one one word answer I think otherwise full replies albeit nothing earth shattering, pretty much as every other manager.

Would you be satisfied with interpretive dance?
Or do you need Full Braveheart?

Personally I'd prefer a better performance on the pitch.

Managers and players tolerate these interviews because the moneymen say they have to.
All they want to do is get through them without tripping up, and get back to the important stuff.

I have watched two of his interviews and fell asleep. Roberto's were very entertaining.
Were they really? Which one is your favorite? Here's some typical post-match De Zerbi interviews. Super powerful and entertaining.

Not that it matters. Unless you throw someone under the bus, no one is really going to give a shit what you say in these situations.

He always starts off his pre match prezzer with a gradual smile like a small child told he’s been a good boy and gong to get a special treat.
