You can now add state-sponsored theft of antiquities to Russia's hybrid war portfolio.

(This is posted on the understanding that no-one can mention the Elgin marbles, and a few other bits and bobs).

Maybe he was involved in the thefts from the British museum?

So much technological innovation by Ukraine. Will benefit us all, just need to back them to the hilt to triumph in this war
These guys are so inventive. Also massive difference with Russians who would have just left those three soldiers to die.

They could offer the US access to all their drone tech etc, in place of that minerals 'deal'.

I imagine the tariffs malarkey may be helping to buy time for Ukraine to examine the 'really beautiful, so generous' minerals deal in detail, back and forth with suggested amendments, checking how the weapons draw down from the US stores in Poland are going, before they regrettably reject it 😬. I have the feeling they won't be getting any more weaponry if they do.
How long can they string it out for??

Yes, or maybe they don't really care about 'Russians overseas '
I think exactly that. Their pensioners living abroad will be the first to not have pensions paid. Later it will be Russian pensioners in Russia.
So long as they can buy more weapons they don't care about people at all
We've already seen Putin's contempt of his own people with his sending boys into the meat grinder policy

I'm not sure of the Toyota reference, but I agree with your sentiment 😉

Weirdly, Granny Raymondo, in occupied Zaporizhzhia, gets a Russian pension...one of the carrots (there were many sticks 😕) for taking a Russian passport.
We haven't given up trying to get her her backdated Ukrainian pension too.

First few minutes showing a stupid ruzzian convoy attack that ended up kaputted. Power to their stupid leaders, more please!

The first part is what I love.

At what point does Ukraine take out the new ship and dry dock. I'd do it just before it's launched.

Many of you will know that Trump's tariffs are decimating world stockmarkets.

One byproduct of this is that less demand for oil means that oil prices are DOWN (WTI 7.53%, Brent 7.03%), so this will eat into Putin's future war chest. (y)
