Coming from Worthing, it feels like a decision about where to get off the A27.

The best approach feels like getting off at Holmbush, taking the Old Shoreham Road all the way to London Road and then cutting up to Lewes Road.

Or is there something better?

Says A27 closed westbound between Coldean Lane and Devils Dyke after 8pm tonight. If I'm reading it right.

I think via Coledean Lane and Carden Avenue

Surely there will have to be access to the sliproad to get onto the westbound A270 (just close off access to the A27). Which means that all the MIll Road P+R buses will have to go via Coldean Lane, Carden Ave, London Rd (or some version of it)?

If this closure is definitely in place tonight then it will be utter carnage for anyone going west after the game from the stadium. Hopefully there has been some discussion with the contractors to hold off on the closure until later in the evening
