Anyone know the deal with the Amex "lounge" at the Terrace tomorrow? Can one cardholder still take two guests? Or was that just an opening day offer?

For those that went 'upstairs' on Saturday - how rigourously are they checking the Amex cards? I've got one but it expired a while ago........
Log-in card details by a helper on an iPad, and asked for the names of your 3 guests. It wasn't just wave a screenshot as some anticipated.

Feels a bit cheeky that it seems it's being acknowledged the high ticket price is due to the DJ (whoever they may be, could be like The Masked Singer), yet they can't say who it is.

No one can complain if it is DJ Locadia, as there is no mis-selling.

Seriously? They were collecting card details? Not just a transaction they were actually noting them down? There are significant FCA/PRA regulations regarding collecting/storing card details compared to using a 3rd party payment broker, I'm VERY surprised that BHA want that level of regulation on top of them. I do hope that someone at the club hasn't made a boo boo here, the fines for doing so are eye watering.

Absolutely no idea regarding legal stuff but we had the card details taken and logged.
No big deal really.

That was not my experience. I just showed my card and then literally pointed at my three guests to make sure they let the right people as I sped up the stairs.

Just far enough away from LDC
Registered my card number but not my guests names. I assume it's to stop people reusing cards to get more people in

I'd like to think that BHA will deal with such personal information in a responsible and confidential manner.....what could possibly go wrong?
Well for a start you need an operating license. Have the club got this? Who knows. But I can't think why they would have. All of their stadium/shop/ticketing digital transactions, including online, will be via a broker like a WorldPay, it is the broker who processes and stores the card details, the broker is tightly regulated and licensed to do this. If BHA have stored card details digitally or even on paper without a license to do so then they would be in a shit load of trouble.

Maybe not for you but an absolute shit storm starter for the club though if they have done this wrong.
They store plenty of other personal data; I’m sure they know what they’re doing.
