Like many on here I had a problem getting the app up and running, as I didn't have a little arrow at the top for the drop-down menu you need. So I came out of the app and FORCE STOPPED it. Went back in and PRESTO! The arrow had magically appeared. Snorted.

It sounds like people are almost willing it to fail. There's zero chance if it's working properly today, bound to be teething problems.

This represent a huge investment from our chairman I really hope people aren't slagging the club off or going full blown Karen to the minimum wage staff on shift today. They deserve patience whilst creases are ironed out.

I’m interested to know what’s the arrangement for picking up your drinks. As in if you order a couple of pints that get delivered to the pickup point, is there some procedure in place to prevent any rondom, either accidentally, or intentionally picking up your paid-for beers?

I fully agree, especially re staff. But the app is a bit clunky and confusing IMO. It will settle down but things could be painful at first.

Trying to use the app to order, add card details ( mastercard) and it fails when getting to the ccv number, lots of guys on hand to help/ excellent customer service, and now given 2 free drinks due to it not working.

Looks great! Such a good addition to the Amex. If people can freely go in and out to collect drinks and use the toilets then having this will also really help the upgrade the potential for how people use the outside space near the north stand as a 'fanzone' drinking area.

Zen has two - chicken and tofu
Lost Boys has two - both chicken
Bites has three - one meat burger, one meat hot dog and a veggie burger
Melts is only showing three doughnuts

I suspect it's because its just opened and more items will be added as they get cooking for the day.
