I used to work for a company where the exec team were obsessed with their NPS score and usually did well, in the office we setup a screen to have live data on, one day things didn't go too well and as the feed fed through to the Google trending words for the company it made a few of them panic :ROFLMAO:

I would prefer sausage/hostage gaffes than crashing the housing market and costing millions of British people thousands of pounds in extra interest on their mortgages.

Never forget the difference.

To be fair back on topic and what a superb speech from Sir Keir, much like the speech he gave to unions last week he had them eating out of the palm of his hand. A near 10 minute standing ovation to kick things off.
