Ref did give more decisions to the home team. However, quite rightly gave us a penalty. It was nothing like last year. The reason we lost was not down to a ref or lino. Game could have gone either way. When you play like we do it will happen sometimes.
Disagree.

When we were shit and expected to lose by 2 or 3 to the big teams, the referee bias was annoying but didn't affect the outcome.

Last season spurs beat us 2-1 in a game that we thrashed them in
Today we lost 2-1 in a game of the finest margins.
However today they had the lion's share of marginal and not so marginal decisions.

Not saying we should have won today, but definitely don't think we deserved to lose.
The small margins helped Spurs a lot today.

We were not only worth a point but for a bit more composure from Fati we would have got all three

Did anyone see Gross go pretty much straight down the tunnel at FT? He looked pretty unhappy with something. Understandable with the way the game ended but surprised he didn’t come over. Wondered if it was something else going on.

When the referee inexplicably doesn't send one of their players off in the first half how can you say that the referee did not cost us the game!?

But it wasn't inexplicable really. If you're referring to Maddison, then pretty much no PL ref is going to send a player off for that. And as for Romero, I thought he could have been booked twice - but it's all subjective.

It has been specifically called.out as something they should clamp down on. The whole blue card thing as well. Dunk the other month....he let him get away with it because of who he is and who he plays for. We were cheated out of about 60 mins with a man advantage because the referee did not apply the laws of the game correctly.

There was no cheating. There could have been a few more yellow cards but certainly didn’t see any reds. We lost because we could only score from a penalty.

And that bit explains it. Therefore not inexplicable.

Pretty certain the linesman didn't give one offside against Tottenham in the first half, relying on the fact that if they scored it would go to VAR. In the second half he was quite happy to get the flag up. Not saying we weren't offside but Tottenham were on numerous occasions but play continued.
