I love the story about the sax player: He was offered a choice of either a flat fee to play that in the recording studio, or a percentage of the royalty from the song release.

It turned out to be probably the most iconic sax solo in musical history. Guess which option he went for?

I'd also like to thank you for last week posting that Siouxie song, Israel on this thread, which has given me ear worm for the last 4 days. I'd forgotten how good Siouxie and the Banshees were.
