Big fan of Google products.

I've had phones ranging from the Nexus 6p all the way up to the Pixel 6 Pro and they're the best phones I've ever had, can't go wrong.

Also have the Pixel Watch and it's great, only downside really is the battery life.

Around the home we have a few Chromecasts, the Nest Doorbell and cameras, a nest WiFi system, Nest Hub Max and mini.

Works together extremely well rather than having say a ring doorbell.

Whatever is cheapest (or perceived to be best value for money). Must be my Scottish ancestry! I must also be getting old as half the products listed I have never even heard of, let alone bought.
My answer too - an eye for a deal. me. I have no brand loyalty to any company (unless you count the Albion and Sussex CCC). I'm rather staggered by the replies here - NSCers are obviously better off than I am.

I have found over the years that if you buy cheap, you buy twice.
The brands I am loyal to are based mainly on the basis that they will last a very long time.

I don’t have expensive hobbies or habits. I have no wife or children. So tend to save money that way.

The gear I get for work is expensive if you want to be comfortable and have it last.
We are on patrol for 8 hours a night, covering an average of 13 miles in that time.
I’ve tried cheaper stuff, it’s a false economy.

Some stuff I’m happy to spend less on. A lot of my casualclothes are H&M and happy to shop at Primark. I wear chinos and shirts/t shirts mainly.

I like a bargain too though for sure. Not many of those around at the moment though 🤣

Question for all you Adidas trainers lovers: do you have really flat feet? No arch/instep?

Do they still make it? The real stuff that is? I bought a 2L bottle as I saw it in the supermarket a few months back as I used to love it. Got it home and had a glass, it was revolting!! Then I noticed it was sugar free version. Whatever the sweetner they use instead has made it undrinkable IMO. I tipped it all down the drain.

Just had a look in the local Morrisons and even the Orange tango is now sugar free. Sad times.
I haven’t had it for years - used to drink it from an ice cold can. I’m guessing it’s gone the way of so many others now with a “healthier” recipe. Gutted, really fancy a can now!

One side bar to this thread is the imminent 'off' between Nike & Adidas plimsoll wearers, it's gonna be proper nawtee.

As a convert to Gola Retro Classics (from Puma - so no loyalty) I will be in the stands watching.
