We got £30m for Bissouma, who is a couple of years younger, was in a similar contract situation, was performing well and not kicking up a stink.

I think 20-25m is more likely.
Hes worth more. Hes our top scorer and wether he likes it or not, he has 18 months left on his contract.

You said "Madrid".

Atletico are "Atleti".
on a Spanish forum maybe where Atleti would be understood as meaning ‘Atletico Madrid’ but on an English forum where some people who dont keep up seem to get confused between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid 😉, probably not much milage in that. And, as stated, if you had read my earlier (too many!) posts on exactly the Spanish club’s interest in Tross, or been aware of Atletico’s previous interest, you wouldnt have mistaken who I was referring to. But it’s all still rumours and speculation where and when Tross is going I fully admit!

It’s all good though - glad that’s cleared up 👍

What we need is two or three clubs chasing him. That’s when you can maximise the valuation. I’d be surprised if there aren’t at least two EPL clubs ‘at the table’ already, Newcastle and Spuds. Hopefully some foreign teams will pitch in as well. I think we can get over £30m if these clubs really want him.

I remember in one RDZ first training sessions. The club do a 2 min video of Crofts taking a session, he had a pop at Leo, I’m going to paraphrase here ‘if your not going to work Leo, the group will have to do your work for you.’ Not sure why they kept it in but it didn’t sound like it was said in jest! Make of that what you will.

I may be in minority but I dont think media is place for a manager to be bringing up a players lack of effort. Should be dealt with in house. If player leaves that is time to disclose if he wants to. If manager comes out with a statement like that I am sure any player or there agent would respond.

But here's the crunch. Even before this week's story, which of the 'Big six' will really sign someone to sit on their bench and make the occasional foray ?

Sadly, I think Villa/Sham/Everton are more realistic with associated valuation

I think his desirability to any well run club will have plummeted. Chelsea it is then

Ali Mac: World Cup winner, comes back to the Albion and puts his head down, coming off the bench to help his team and put a shift in.

Leandro Trossard: knocked out in the group stages and thinks he's Maradonna.

Sad it ends this way. It has been obvious for a while that he was leaving. Very odd behaviour by his agent.

Let’s hope this has a similar impact to when abamyuang was made to train on his own then shifted on at arsenal when he wasn’t following the rules at arsenal about 12 months ago.

I am sure he will enjoy warming a bench at a club like he did for the important matches at the World Cup. On his day he is fantastic (normally against big sides) but when he isn’t on it he is dreadful!

On we go.

Leandro Trossard: knocked out in the group stages and thinks he's Maradonna, having been next to useless along with his countrymen.
Corrected for you
