Physically, Ferguson looks more than up to it. Suspect he'll play more and more this season.

Arse without Moises and Mac will be tough. Crazy to think it was Arsenal only a few months ago that seemed to be the turning point (and the arrival of our Ecuadorian Wonderboy).

So nice to beat Stains.

Solly MoM all day. Great team performance, Dunk did well to keep Bob from getting sent off

Good performance.

Some world class football at moments in that first half.

Let's not get carried away though, this Southampton team is very, very shit... it's easier to look class against teams this bad.

March was so good. Great goal and all round performance. If he hit the back of the net more often, he'd be more appreciated for being how good he really is.

The whole team was good though, not a bad performance out there tonight.

Feel sorry for Sanchez. Don't blame him for getting upset at that absolute non-penalty, and for saving it which would have been poetic justice.

Shout out to Dunk who demonstrated great captaining in this fixture.

Want to see more from Ferguson. He's got the stature of the kind of striker we desperately need. Looks like he could eventually have the ability too.

Important three points tonight, and one step closer to the dream of European football.

Good game & performance.

Good chance we'll never see an easier Brighton win in the Premier League though. Would be very worried if I was a Southampton fan.

How did RDZ not take Caicedo off ? Him & Mac Allister missing Arsenal is a bit of a disaster

Fantastic result and performance. Almost flawless. Another three goals without having Harry Kane (or Brereton Diaz) up top.

Southampton are shit though. They’re going down
A team with massive problems, but 5 winnable games in a row. A huge January for them.

Good game and really enjoyed that especially first half. March and Veltman played very well today. In fact they all played well today.

Trossard has been dreadful
Don't agree. Played a role for the team today. Didn't have wonderful control in tight spaces, but he was always in tight spaces because he was taking defenders away from March and Mitoma. He did his job. and he'll get better the fainter the memory of that poisonous Belgium set up becomes.
