I love my MPOW Swift earbuds (with charging case), I think they were about £35. They came with 3 different sized rubber earbuds so no probs fitting them in me lugholes - they fill them completely and noise-cancel, very comfortable and no issues with them popping out. They connect instantly with my phone, laptop, Alexa or whatever, and seem to have a decent range, I can mow the lawn leaving my phone on the patio and the signal doesn't break over 5-10 meters. On my last holiday, I'd leave my phone under the towel on the sunbed, and mince around in the pool listening to podcasts (without dunking under, obvs).

B&O are terrible. Don't do it.
Bought a pair of EarFun ones as replacements. They're good. Only £40 as well but miles better than B&O. Come with a load of different ear hooks (or whatever you'd call it) so you can find the one that fits your lugs best.
Had some issues keeping them charged but that's probably because I'm ****ing thick and don't fully understand the case

Love them. I've only tried the cheaper end but no major complaints. Only issue can be the fit, especially if you are using the for exercise. And that really is impossible to tell until your try them. More to it than just the squishy bit. But no regrets here.

My partner likes to go to sleep listening to podcasts. I don’t. So she first tried wired ear buds, but didn’t much like strangling herself when she turned over in her sleep. Then she’s tried three different types of wireless buds - one set she managed to break, and two sets fall out after 10 minutes.
I’ve suggested she either stops listening to podcasts when she wants to go to sleep or alternatively to apply a dab of superglue. Neither suggestion was particularly well received.
There’s no pleasing her.

I've got these and they're brilliant.
Swapped out the silicone buds for the memory phone ones which has made a difference.

My make, Arbily, doesn't seem to be available, so this isn't quite a 100% recommendation.
But I'd be amazed if they don't all come from the same factory, and these would probably be the ones I'd buy as a replacement.

I'm old skool.
I like to have my pods on an MP3, via I-Tunes.
And my telephone attached to the wall
But seriously my Arbily earbuds are great.
They are Bluetooth 5.0.
As is the MP3.
The MP3 turns off when the pod has ended, which with then turn off the earbud.
I'm fast asleep by then.
One case charge lasts over a month, as my buds are only on for about an hour at a time.
There's no blast of white light when at 3am I'm wide awake and need to go back to sleep.
Just turn everything back on, connect and scroll forward to the last bit I remember.
Obvs the MP3 connects to my in car 8 track player, so the phone is off limits while driving.
The 'bag o buds' is needed due to my odd ears.
The only drawback is leftie requires the biggest bud which gets in the way of connecting, so has to be taken off when returned to the case.
Amazon tells me I've had the earbuds for 2 years, next month.
And the MP3 since March, this year.
They've been used every single day since.
The only grumble I have is after a great start now they don't like to be parted, not even into a pocket.
But that doesn't effect me as for connectivity purposes they happy in ear and on the bedside draws.
£80 all in, have long since had my monies worth in this ever disposable world.

These were my default choice for LDAC when sifting through all the options. Especially as I'll be pairing with my Sony DAP and only listening to FLAC files, not mp3's. I'll rarely be using them with a phone.
I'm just not prepared to push the boat out that far though for wireless. The technology is still too new, too unreliable, and still won't compete like for like with wired.
So I've pulled the trigger instead on some Anker Soundcore Liberty pro 3 at half the price of the MX4's.

What is this "listen to podcasts when I go to sleep" business ?
If I've taken the trouble to subscribe / download a pod, then I'll make an active attempt to listen to all of it. If you only hear a portion of it due to gonking out, then it seems a bit of a waste of time.
I'll admit to the odd garden snooze in the sunshine whilst listening to Quickly Kevin or the Guardian Football weekly, but then when I wake with a start, I'll generally skip back to try and find the place in the pod where I lost consciousness. I'd wonder what I'd missed otherwise.

I can't 'switch off' in bed.
The choice I have is lay in bed till the early hours rumminating over shite.
Or
Listen to Football Weekly for any time between 3 and 7 minutes, sleep.
Then catch up on my way to work, in the morning.

I got some last Xmas, now I don't know how I ever lived without them!

Hairy muff.
I'm lucky in that I can usually be sparko within 5 minutes of hitting the pillow. If I'm having trouble, then 10-15 minutes reading will usually do it. Pods though ? I save them for driving, walking and the garden, and DEVOUR them. They are one of my primary sources of entertainment!
There are too many DULLARDS in the world of podcasts, no wonder they send her to sleep.
