• Brighton v Charlton: Keith Hill takes charge

Referee Keith Hill takes charge at the Amex for tomorrow's visit of undefeated Charlton Athletic, as the Albion try to make it three consecutive Championship victories.

This will be the fifth game that Hill has officiated this season, including one Championship fixture between Cardiff and Huddersfield.

In Hill's four games to date this season he has handed out 15 yellow cards, including six in last Saturday's League One draw between Yeovil and Scunthorpe, and no reds.

In the 2013/14 season, Hill refereed 35 fixtures, showing 136 yellow cards and 4 reds. These included Albion's 1-1 draw with Watford at the Amex in October (4y, 0r) and the exciting 3-3 stalemate at Ewood Park in April (2y, 0r).

In the preceding season, Hill did not take charge of any Albion games.

Kerry Mayo saw Hill's red card when in Feburary 2007 when the Albion visited Brentford in League One fixture, with the London club running out victors by the only goal in the game. Hill was also the man in charge in a Football League Trophy fixture between the same two clubs in 2001 when Danny Cullip was dismissed by Hill.

The experienced official was in only his second season as a Football League referee when he visited Withdean for a bottom division fixture between the Albion and Halifax in March 2000. The Seagulls ran out 2-1 winners, with Bobby Zamora scoring twice, but the game will be remembered for the 8 yellow cards and 3 red cards shown that day, including Brighton's Gary Hart.

    Referee: KEITH HILL
Assistants: Justin Amey and Barry Holderness
    Fourth Official: Tim Robinson
