It's often said that managers and players come and go, while the fans are the only constant. We're doubly blessed that Tony is not only a fan but an inimitably savvy operator. Blooming marvellous.

Star Lizard key to success and of course Uncle Tony.

However, if a manager has a bad day and makes a mistake there’s another match next week or even in a few days. If Tony and his analytics make a mistake (or gets unlucky as it’s all odds not guaranteed in every single data point/example more over the medium-long term) with a new manager (perhaps like with Hyypia or even Oscar Garcia) then it’s a little more damaging. Fingers crossed we get another good hit this time.

Ultimately it is a numbers game, and Bloom has the best modelling system in the world. It's not something that can be replicated by a rival or stolen. In Bloom we trust.

True, but we’ve seen Tony get better and better at this ownership malarkey over the last few years as we’ve risen………mistakes of the past (potter vs Sami for example, plus huge strides in the recruitment dept) aren’t being repeated. No doubt he applies a deep level of analysis to every aspect of the club’s operations so the lessons from any mistakes are learned and baked into future actions, and he and Barbs are always looking for that opportunity to squeeze an advantage over the competition. There’s no reason for us not to have every confidence a good decision will be made on the replacement team.
