Blackburn have a lot of players on high wages and I've heard (so hopefully not true but I have no reason to doubt it) that our budget for this season is extremely limited.

They singed him when he was what 21 on loan. He had limited league experience. I think he'll be affordable for sure.

Very top end Champ player, would be pleased if on a moderate fee. Wonder why we are only ever linked to CM's though. Young with tons of experience and seems to have been good at every club even as bench player rotating in for bigger teams
