To keep social distancing at all times, I believe that the PGA should only restart with the following in place (in addition to no spectators)
1. No caddies permitted, the player will need to carry their own clubs around the course
2. 10 minute interval between tee off times
3. All rounds to be completed within 3 hours, otherwise all uncompleted holes are scored as 10
4. Only 1 player allowed on a green or tee at a time
This will provide greater safety from the virus and give the TV viewers some fun as the golfers have to start sprinting with their golf bags to ensure finishing within the time limit.
