Ironically, if she had been there there would have been a solid security detail, and this lunatic would not have got in.

This level of security is not offered to family members of top level politicians.

With Musk buying Twitter, and the relaxation of moderation on that platform, more radicalisation is likely to happen, increasing the probability of this sort of attack.

And we thought we were f***ed up.

With the violent protagonists coming solely from the Alt Right. They don’t do democracy.
Saw a short Twitter clip of the US comedian who interviews Americans in the street, usually about Trump. He spoke to one who was certain the election was stolen but, went incredibly coy when asked " How ? " and " What evidence has led you to this position ? " .....sadly there are a lot of people who have believed lies and can't climb back down....and many of them own guns.
