Adult annual membership of National Trust for Scotland = £63

Adult annual membership of National Trust UK = £76.80

Membership of the former gives you full free access to the latter.

How does that work then?

Any similar examples?

Returning to the actual point of the thread: Who can join National Trust Scotland? Could I chuck in my NT membership and join NTfS and get the same benefits even though I don't have an address in Scotland?

To be fair, I wouldn't really want to, because I might lose cherished rights, like the right to annually vote against a bunch of right wing nutters being given any power to turn the NT into a political football for their stupid culture war nonsense. Voting on the Website before 28/10 by the way. Last year we also got the pleasure of voting to uphold the ban of fox hunting on NT land. This year we can vote down a nasty bigotted proposal from Stephen Green and his mates to deplore the NT spending on Pride events.
