Yes, but not so sure it was 10 minutes ago.
Lasted for 2-3 minutes, I'd estimate.

From what I understand, it's not fixed. Yes, it is an underground cable, but the power circuit has been diverted.

I was talking with my parents on Skype when they suddenly disappeared. Would have been around 9:45ish their time. They live in Hollingdean.

Can anyone explain why it set off 2 or 3 car alarms? Maybe electric cars on charge thinking there plug had suddenly been pulled?
