Charlton away tickets - should have been on general sale Thursday 5pm

The information published by the club indicated Charlton away tickets should have been on general sale online today from 5pm. However, at almost 8pm, I am still getting a message that I need "AM1314, Bronze, Blue, YSPLUS" in order to get tickets.

As an exiled fan, this is my first opportunity to attend an away match in 2 years. It is very frustrating that I can't get tickets at the time previously indicated by the club. Unfortunately, looking at other posts, it seems it is not an irregular occurrence.

Can the club please look at improving this aspect of the ticketing system?
