Had a great day, bumped into a few Brighton fans and we made a good impact i hope. there about 12 of us (well done to everyone) and we managed to get rid of about 2000 flyers and about 100 letters.

even though there was not a mention in the programme, it seemed to go down well, i only go tcalled gay twice.

saw mr zamora outside the ground but he was "in a rush", but fear not, about 20 mins later.......

i only met geoff hurst of world cup hatrick and winning fame.

i had a great photo taken with him. will be published tomorrow properly when got time to re size it.

by the way he had a message to mr prescott

if i was honest, i dont think he really knew the whole situation about the albion, but i gave him a quick speech and he was only to happy to pose for the picture. i didnt ask if he had signed a letter or anything (stage frght), i also forgot to ask him to sign one - but if a picture could tell a 100 words.....

it was quite amusing posing for the photo with about 100 west fans on looking, wondering what their legend was doing with a brighton fan holding up a sign for Mr JP

oh, yeah the game 0-0 rubbish, bobby started and didnt play that well

Agreed. I would like to see that picture in the programme at least and maybe sell it to the Argus (ask Roz for advice about that)

You do know his second goal didn't actually cross the line, don't you? And that Greavsie would have got at least five that game. . .?
:)

Top Falmer-ing, really.

Would have happily spread the word today, but for some reason last weekend's Boro-Spurs game was rearranged til Tuesday night, rather than this weekend when neither team has a game scheduled. Nice Tuesday night trip back, no really, lovely. . .

Doubt the Sundays will give much mention to National Falmer Day, but fingers crossed. . .

Sir Alf knew exactly what he was doing by dropping Greavsie.

The referee allowed it and that's good enough for me.

The man's a legend, not least for posing for a photo today.

:)

Can't honestly argue with any of that. . . nor would want to.
